OK all the Championship invites are going out, so you will need to open the path (remove those spam blockers) to receive the email. invitations. I am working with Mitch on getting the invitations sent out, in the pass years this can and has been a huge project with the number of contestants that qualify each year and the incorrect or changed email address we get. So for next year make sure that information you give the CD at the qualifier is correct and legible, this will go a long ways to making their job easier. Which is to get your information to us so we can get the invitations out in a more timely matter, yes it is a group effort. We have been able to get a number of problems going in the right direction this year. We have now brought into the USSMA a single point of contact for each of the following badges, hats/shirts/coats, trophies/ Best of's Awards, membership chairman to process your renewals/new members and a new Championship Contract to make it easier on the host club (new for this year). I for one am looking for a good turn around for us this year leading into a jump start for 2016. So again open the path for your invitation to the Champs if you do not get one in the next two weeks drop me an email with your information alone with which qualifier you went to. We are still working on getting information from a number of qualifiers. On the USSMA web site all information for hotel/location/dates has been posted for sometime now so make those plans to attend if you know that you have qualified and are just waiting on your packet from us its on its way.
